Food for A Fiver
Workshops - Food for a Fiver
This course was designed and developed in partnership with Great Yarmouth Community Trust Nutrition Team. Budgeting and basic nutrition was embedded around numeracy on how much you can buy for £5.00. Learners have to estimate staple foods and then work out how much they can buy for that amount. The nutritionists then work through the five a day and healthy plate with the learners.

These workshops have been delivered to:
•· Northgate Hospital - Acute Services Department
•· Herring House Trust - Beauleah House
•· Matthews Housing - Hostel
