Case Study - Streetlife Soccer
Homeless and Vulnerable - Streetlife Soccer
‘Dangerous' Dave - YMCA joined the Street Life Soccer programme at its start. Initially he was unable to control his temper leading to an early departure from the field, he was able to explore solutions in resolving conflict through the supportive environment of the programme. He has now successfully gained employment at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and his employer has allowed Dave time off to continue with the programme to complete his qualifications.
The things people say...
"I had given up on myself a couple of years ago, I was referred to Blue Cat by NORCAS. This gave me a boost and people noticed a change in me. I am now doing a photography class on surrealism." - Media Drop in.
