Neil
Neil attended the taster in construction at age 16 after leaving school and being unemployed. He liked the taster and moved onto the 30 hour Construction course where he excelled. He has since moved on to the Excavator accredited course at the National Construction College and is on his way to being a qualified digger driver. From a class of 10 on this course, two went on to excavation courses, two have moved to Great Yarmouth College of FE and enlisted on a Foundation in Construction and one has applied for a modern apprenticeship.
